Pilot Performance Module
Flight data can be analyzed to identify any trends or patterns in pilot performance and provide an overall view of a pilot's adherence to operational procedures. The results can then be used to make changes to training practices and procedures to ensure that pilots are meeting company standard operating procedures. Furthermore, pilot performance can be used to identify areas in which a pilot may need additional training.
Pilot rosters usually reach the module through an integration with an external OPS system. Operators can also add pilots manually and correct the matching during their review. Access is the operator's to grant. Company FDM programme trustees see pilot performance across the fleet. A pilot given access sees their own performance and not a colleague's, once the operator's administrator has linked their login to a pilot record.
