Pilot Performance Module
Flight data can be analyzed to identify any trends or patterns in pilot performance and provide an overall view of a pilot's adherence to operational procedures. The results can then be used to make changes to training practices and procedures to ensure that pilots are meeting company standard operating procedures. Furthermore, pilot performance can be used to identify areas in which a pilot may need additional training.
Pilot Performance Monitoring module is available upon integration with external OPS systems (such as Leon and Netline). Only company FDM programme trustees have access to the data of pilot performance module.
