Paragraph (h) lets an operator contract a third party to operate the programme while keeping full responsibility for it. That lets a regional operator meet the January deadline without hiring an FDM team first: AeroSight analysts run the programme on AeroSight FDM, and your safety team decides what to do with the findings. If you prefer to run it yourselves, the same platform is yours to use.
100+ operators have run their FDM programmes on AeroSight, across 40+ aircraft types. Not sure which of your aircraft are in scope? The check above answers it per type, or ask us to map your fleet.
