AeroSight FDM v2

Ten years of AeroSight, rebuilt

Flight data monitoring built around your operations and company procedures.
Read the transcript

Every flight tells a story.

Ten years turning flight data into safety insight.

A decade of learning from real operations and real flight data.

One goal, unchanged: every flight, understood.

Ten years taught us what safety teams really need.

So we rebuilt AeroSight. Version two.

One place for every flight you fly.

Track engine health and fuel efficiency, from the same data.

Move from a flight to the event that matters.

Transparent event logic, built for regulatory compliance.

Replay the whole flight, sample by sample.

Give every pilot their own data to improve.

Act early, before a trend becomes an incident.

Ten years behind us. The next chapter starts now.

Discover AeroSight version two.

40+ aircraft types across airline, business and rotary fleets
100+ operators have run their FDM programmes on AeroSight
40,000 flights processed a month
1.5M+ flights processed since 2016

Why we rebuilt it

Ten years of running flight data monitoring for operators of every size taught us where the time goes: not in the analysis, but in everything before it — getting a download decoded, checked and turned into something a safety manager can act on. AeroSight FDM v2 is built so that the only decisions you make are the ones that need a person, and each one is tracked.

Whether you operate one aircraft or a hundred, the work is the same and so is the platform: the data arrives, you review, you act.

What changes

Flights processed in minutes. With a wireless QAR the data is sent by the aircraft on the landing roll, and the events are on your analyst's desk by the time the chocks are on.
Every flight your fleet flies. Historical tracking of your entire fleet, Live Fleet Monitoring as an option, and a flag on every flight whose recorder data has not arrived.
Defined by you, not by a ticket. Your Event Definition Sheet (EDS), live, and every change can be signed off by a second person before it takes effect.
Review every flight in 3D. One click from an event to the exact second it happened, with parameters, weather, procedures and cockpit indications in view.
Programme health on the dashboard. KPIs aligned to the EASA EOFDM working group's indicators, each one click from the events behind it.
Reports you build and schedule. Data readout, parameter-check and periodic safety reports, and a builder for your own.
Engines and fuel, from the same upload. Engine condition and fuel efficiency from the recorder data you already send.
Nothing important waits for a login. Alerts in the app, by email and in the browser, and accepted events delivered into your SMS reporting tool.

Meeting the obligation — and proving it

Your FDM programme is a regulatory obligation for the aircraft within its scope, wherever they fly. The platform is designed around the requirements set by ICAO Annex 6 and Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, and around the practices that guide an FDM programme: continuous review with maker–checker sign-off, as EASA's ORO.AOC.130 means of compliance describe it; gatekeeper concurrence, as in FAA AC 120-82; validation, as in UK CAP 739; and the EOFDM precursor taxonomy and programme KPIs. It supports your compliance, but the programme, and the responsibility for it, remain yours.

User roles and access are controlled by your company's FDM administrator, matching the named access your information security policy requires, and every significant action is logged in an audit trail you can export or grant to an auditor as a read-only role. AeroSight is certified to ISO 27001:2022 for information security and to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management — both verifiable independently on IAF CertSearch.

Everything you rely on, carried forward

Your integrations with Leon Software, Avionica avSYNC and TrustFlight Centrik 5, the Pilot Performance module and engine condition monitoring all continue on AeroSight FDM v2, and existing customers move to the new platform. SafeJets joins as a new integration.
